Sponsor Information

The Lafayette Knights of Columbus Council 456 is sponsoring a golf outing on Aug. 8th, 2025 at The Ravines Golf Club. We are raising money to support Bravely Women’s Health as well as other local, well deserving charities. There are 10 different levels of sponsorship this year. Lunch on the day of the event is provided to all event sponsors.

Sponsor registration and donation is due by July 25th, 2025.

All donations are tax deductible as we are a nonprofit organization. The tax ID number for the Knights of Columbus is available upon request. Any donations will be greatly appreciated.

  • TITLE SPONSOR ($10,000) Logo on web site and all marketing materials, event banners, logo on golf carts, logo on tee shirts, recognition in all parish church bulletins. Golf for 4 at the event.
  • CORPORATE SPONSOR ($1,500) Logo on all event banners, Special logo on tee shirts, recognition in all parish church bulletins. Golf for 4 at the event.
  • PUTTING CONTEST SPONSOR ($1,250) Tent and table set up for you where you may display and/or give away your promotional items. Cooler, ice, and water bottles for you to give to participants. Your name or company logo prominently displayed on event banners & t-shirts. A sign at the putting green with your name and company logo. Golf for 2 at the event.
  • TEAM AND HOLE SPONSOR ($450) Excusive hole sponsorship with signage. Golf for 4 at the event.
  • HOLE SPONSORSHIP ($150) Exclusive signage at a T box.
  • HOLE FLAG SPONSOR ($500) Exclusive name on a hole flag which you get after. Signage at T-box of same hole. Logo on event tee shirts. Golf for 2 at the event.
  • BEVERAGE CART SPONSOR ($1,000) Two signs on beverage cart with your name/logo, sign at the #1 T box, name/logo displayed on all event banners, printed materials, t-shirts. Golf for 2 at the event.
  • RANGE SPONSOR ($750) Tent and table by driving range set up for you where you may display and/or give away your promotional items. A cooler, ice, and bottled water for you to give to participants. Your name/logo prominently displayed on all event banners, printed material, t-shirts. Your name/logo on sign placed at driving range.
  • LUNCH SPONSOR ($2,000) Exclusive signage at lunch and on radio ads, logo on tee shirts and event banner. Golf for 4 at the event. This can be split among multiple sponsors.
  • PRIZE SPONSOR (Choice) Provide gift cards or other prizes for raffle.
